Long Beach Cruise Terminal is owned and operated by Carnival Cruise Lines and is a smaller port, so getting from shore to ship is a fairly smooth process. Carnival sails a few ships out of the Long Beach Terminal, to destinations in Mexico, Hawaii and Alaska.
